CMC South Clinics (Tracy or Manteca) FT / PT Hours : 8 hrs / day, 5 days / week OR 10 hrs / day, 4 days / week Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen : 18-20 Call Schedule : Telephonic, 1 week after hours, 2-3 shifts / year. Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus : $40000 Compensation : $258,000 base salary generous productivity bonuses and up to $12,000 in quality bonuses per year. Salary increases based on experience.
