Job Description & Requirements Specialty : CT Technologist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 12 / 01 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days, nights Employment Type : Travel Title : CT Tech Location : Apple Valley, CA 92307 Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Day / Night 3x12-Hour (06 : 00–18 : 30 / 17 : 00–05 : 30) Job Responsibilities : Perform CT imaging procedures including abdomen, pelvis, chest, spine, and musculoskeletal scans using GE and Toshiba 64-slice scanners. Conduct contrast and non-contrast studies, including vascular and coronary CTA, brain perfusion, and biopsy procedures. Prepare and administer contrast media following safety and radiation protocols. Operate and maintain CT and PACS equipment ensuring image quality and accurate documentation. Support a high-volume Emergency Department and outpatient imaging workflow in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide quality patient care across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. Adhere to infection control, isolation precautions, and hospital safety standards. Participate in self-scheduling based on unit needs; flexibility with shift times required. Required Information : Experience : Minimum 1–2 years of CT experience; community hospital experience required. Certifications : ARRT (R) and / or ARRT (CT), CA CRT, BLS required. Licensure : Active California CRT license Required. System : Epic charting experience preferred. Schedule : Must be open to all shift times; self-schedule based on seniority. Patient Population : Adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
