This position welcomes candidates who are eager to learn, and training will be provided, with a starting rate at the lower end of the pay range. Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for the higher end of the range.

Responsibilities :

• Process and sterilize instruments to the highest standards.
• Assist and handle the instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure.
• Gain an understanding of the procedures being performed and anticipate the needs of the surgeon.
• Ensure quality patient care during the operative procedure and function cooperatively with physicians and staff, exhibiting teamwork characteristics.
• Maintain the highest standard of sterile technique and vigilance of the sterile field during the surgical procedure.
