We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to assist on a part-time, or full-time basis. This role will focus primarily on developing accurate estimates for renovation and tenant fit-outs.

Position Summary :

This is an office position with flexibility to work from home, around your own schedule. The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for reviewing blue prints, specifications, and scope documents to prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical work, including labor, materials, and equipment. Occasional onsite visits may be required to review existing conditions or gather information for estimates. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, experience in commercial electrical estimating, and the ability to work independently to produce timely, accurate bids.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements for renovation and tenant fit-out jobs.
• Develop detailed and accurate electrical cost estimates, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate with internal team members to review estimates, scope, and design intent.
