Nursing Assistant

Position : 🩹 🧑️ State Registered Nursing Assistant 🩹 🧑️

Location : Medical / Surgical Department at Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky

Schedule : Full time, part-time, and PRN positions- varied shifts available

✱weekend rotations are required✱

What You'll Do :

• Adheres to hospital policies and standards
• Maintains patient documentation within scope of practice
• Participates in required education, competencies, and training requirements.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and other team members.
• Follows HIPAA compliance.
• Responds to emergent situations, demonstrates strong skills, and responds appropriately.
• Adheres to patient safety and monitors patient needs frequently
• Takes responsibility and initiative for job duties.

What We're Looking For :

➤ High School Diploma or equivalent

➤ Valid KY SRNA license

➤ 1-2+ yrs of experience preferred.

➤ Ability to work and a fast pace

➤ Maintain accurate and concise documentation

➤ Frequent walking, standing, and lifting

➤ Able to lift over 50lbs
