About the Role

As Engineering Director, you will lead and scale our engineering organization, overseeing multiple teams across integrations, platform , and data engineering . You will define technical strategy, drive delivery excellence, and cultivate a high-performing, collaborative engineering culture. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant influence on our technology roadmap and operational impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead multiple engineering teams, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development for engineers and managers
• Define and drive technical strategy, architecture standards, and engineering best practices
• Oversee delivery planning, ensuring high-quality, timely releases aligned with product and business goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between engineering, product, and business objectives
• Identify and mitigate technical risks while scaling systems for performance, reliability, and security
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and innovation across the engineering organization
• Maintain visibility into key metrics for team performance, project progress, and system health
