Your Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms, answering inquiries and providing guidance.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess students' aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
• Deliver clear and informative presentations on TUBC’s programs, admission requirements, and career pathways.
• Assist students in completing their applications and navigating the enrollment process.
• Monitor the progress of applications and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid advisors to help students explore funding options.
• Participate in recruitment events and outreach activities to promote TUBC in the community.
• Develop relationships with local high schools and organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $22.00 and $24.00 / hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
