Estimator & Project Manager Responsibilities :

• Review Invitations to Bid and Requests for Proposal from general contractors, analyzing all relevant project documents
• Prepare detailed material take-offs for structural and miscellaneous metals based on construction drawings and specifications
• Attend pre-bid walkthroughs and perform field measurements as needed to ensure accurate scoping
• Develop competitive project estimates based on bid documents and site conditions
• Coordinate project timelines with clients, fabrication teams, and field installation crews to ensure on-time delivery and execution
• Schedule, oversee, and manage subcontractors as required to support project needs
• Conduct site visits to verify project progress and ensure quality standards are met
• Collaborate with the AR department to prepare and review monthly billing and invoicing
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
