Merchandising Sales Specialist

The FAST Team Member is an essential role responsible for traveling between various stores to manage and execute merchandising tasks from beginning to end. This includes planograms, merchandise assembly, fixture assembly, and signage maintenance, while ensuring a Legendary Customer Experience through excellent service interaction with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
• Be flexible with work hours, including varied days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate regularly with the District FAST Supervisor regarding task completion and any challenges faced.
• Accurately execute planograms and store resets.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards across locations.
• Conduct store-specific measurements and layout initiatives.
• Perform cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and point-of-display (PDQ) systems.
• Ensure merchandise is well-organized and review planogram accuracy.

Qualifications :

Experience : Retail or merchandising experience is required; knowledge in farming, ranching, pet / equine care, or welding is preferred. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.

Education : A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not necessary. Team Members should be able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic accurately.
