POSITION SUMMARY

Prescient is seeking an Analyst to join our Due Diligence Practice located in Chicago, Illinois.

Analysts in the Due Diligence Practice will handle pre-transaction / reputational due diligence, and third-party due diligence projects from start-to-finish. Findings will be analyzed and compiled into a written report, which will enable clients to assess the legitimacy, general background, and overall reputation of a given subject or entity. When not completing client work, Analysts contribute to the improvement of operational standards, procedures, and policies. On an as-needed basis, they may also provide research support on larger projects within our other practices.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Analysts are generally responsible for :

• Conduct open source and public records research into U.S. and international individuals and entities.
• Quickly summarize information from multiple sources into concise, analytical assessments.
• Ability to prioritize several projects and assignments on multiple topics, while meeting tight deadlines.
• Rigorous self-review standards to ensure that all our reports meet a consistently high level of quality.
• Ability to edit own work prior to submission.
• Research and identify areas within the due diligence process that can be enhanced or updated to meet competitive growth.
