Job description

Immediate $1,500 Bonus Paid on Your First Paycheck

Company solo regional flatbed positions hauling steel, pipe, and coil loads. Flexible non-forced dispatch. Majority of drivers operate within 4–6 states with consistent weekend home time Late-model automatic tractors permanently assigned – permitted to take home.

Pay & Benefits

$1,500 bonus on first paycheck
27% load percentage – $1,400–$1,600 average weekly gross
Top performers reach $1,800–$2,000+
$40 extra every time you tarp a load
Layover pay $50 (after 24 hours)
Detention pay $16 / hour after 2 hours
Quarterly safety and clean inspection bonus
$300 weekly non-taxable per diem
Rider and pet policy from day one
Comprehensive medical, dental, and 401k with company match after 30 days
Home on weekends

Requirements

Valid CDL A & minimum 22 years of age

12+ months verifiable flatbed experience in past 5 years

Documented steel, pipe, or coil securement experience (coil hauling strongly preferred)

Proficient with tarps, straps, chains, and binders

No DUI / DWI convictions in the last 5 years

No violations in FMCSA Clearinghouse

Pre-employment urine drug screen required
