Job descriptionProvide comprehensive women's health services, including annual exams, contraceptive counseling, menopause management, and preventive screenings Perform diagnostic testing and physical examinations such as pap smears Manage and treat conditions including UTIs, hormonal imbalances, menstrual disorders, and other gynecologic concerns Support patients in our medical weight loss program with individualized care Collaborate with our medical director and interdisciplinary team to create patient-focused care plans Educate patients on preventive care and wellness strategies Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Pay : $65–$70 / hour (equivalent to $135,000–$145,600 annually based on a 40-hour week) Full-Time Schedule : 4-day workweek available Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage 401(k) with 4% Company Match Generous PTO Plan (with cash-out option after 3 years) Sign-on Bonus Available Exclusive Perks : Skin care at cost Aesthetic allotment for treatments and services Family & friends discounts Free or discounted women's health services after 90 days Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinic Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (Women's Health specialization strongly preferred) Current Washington licensure and prescriptive authority DEA registration, NPI, and BLS certification (AHA) Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (new grads from women's health-focused programs considered) Women's health experience strongly preferred — however, if you are not currently in women's health but are passionate about serving this patient population, we are willing to train you.
