JOB DESCRIPTION :

Float between several sites- ie Smithtown, Ridge, Southold, Port Jefferson, Patchogue and Riverhead.

Experience administering diagnostic imaging (OCT, Visual field, fundus photography) good multitasking skills. Patient history taking, refraction is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS :

Minimum 1 year experience as ophthalmic tech

BLS- AHA

Preferred :

COA – certified ophthalmic assistant

2 years or more experience

Scribing would be a plus
