As an Analytics Engineer you will play a critical role in transforming complex data into meaningful insights that guide business strategy and operational improvements. This hands-on position involves developing analytic frameworks, building forecasting and performance models, designing efficient processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate is an analytical problem-solver who can bridge business needs with data-driven solutions, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and impact.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Collect, clean, and interpret large data sets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build comprehensive analytical reports and dashboards that clearly communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Design, build, and manage systems and processes to consume and manipulate common healthcare files such as HL7, 834, and others.
- Conduct root cause analysis to explain performance changes and recommend actionable solutions.
- Translate complex data into clear narratives that support executive decision-making.
- Build visualization reports and manage the data sets representing the data.
- Develop models to forecast business outcomes, resource needs, and revenue trends.
- Use statistical methods and historical data to identify drivers of performance and anticipate potential risks.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across departments.
- Collaborate with operational teams to integrate analytics into daily business processes, improving both speed and decision quality.
- Facilitate data-driven conversations by providing clear, evidence-based recommendations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, WORK EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS : Abilities may be assessed through written, verbal, and other evaluation methods
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Five or more years analyzing and engineering healthcare data.Experience with SQL, visualization and ETL tools.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Understanding of Medical Terms and Hospital Environments a plus.WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
