Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a fullstack squad responsible for creator growth and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical and people leadership for software development activities and team management

Drive the delivery process and Agile ceremonies, ensuring effective backlog management and value delivery

Identify and pursue improvements in engineering processes and leverage data analytics for optimization

Required Qualifications

At least 2+ years in an engineering management role with experience in leading and coaching developers

8+ years of software development experience, with a strong background in architectures and infrastructure

Proven experience in rapid, continuous releases and shipping multiple times a day

Deep expertise in at least one stack (Backend, Web, or iOS) and familiarity with others

Experience with AWS services and building scalable APIs in a cloud environment
