Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Partner Success & Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team focused on the Marketplace and partner experiences

Drive technical strategy and roadmap for the Marketplace platform, leveraging AI to address customer needs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and define engineering strategies

Required Qualifications

BS / BA degree or relevant experience

1+ years of experience managing an engineering team in a high-growth environment

2+ years of experience as a staff-level engineer or player-coach manager

Proficiency with modern web technologies such as TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js

Experience building and scaling cloud-based applications using AWS, GCP, or Azure
