Job Description

Oversee all aspects of Class A and high-end interior construction projects from start to finish. Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards. Lead and coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project goals. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and project success. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Provide detailed project updates and reports to senior management. Foster a culture of teamwork and professionalism on-site.

A successful Senior Superintendent should have :

• Proven experience managing Class A and high-end interior construction projects.
