Strong analytical and negotiation skills are critical, as the attorney will engage with opposing parties and their counsel to resolve disputes amicably whenever possible. The successful candidate will also contribute to continuous improvement in our legal processes and support the firm's growth by mentoring junior attorneys and legal staff. Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in accordance with court rules.
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies for various cases.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support litigation efforts.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and goals.
• Mentor junior attorneys and interns, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
