**Job Title: Overnight Team Member**
**Location:** West Maple, Planet Fitness
**Position Overview:**
Join our vibrant team at Planet Fitness as an Overnight Team Member, where your role will be crucial to ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and smooth operation of our club during overnight hours. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, customer-service-oriented environment and are passionate about maintaining a welcoming fitness atmosphere.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome all members and guests with a positive attitude.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment by performing regular cleaning duties, including sanitizing equipment and common areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, assisting with membership needs, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure the club's equipment and facilities are in good condition and ready for use.
- Enforce club rules and policies to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all members.
- Support management with administrative tasks and reporting as required during your shift.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to create a friendly and inclusive environment for everyone.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong commitment to customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during the overnight shift.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience in a customer service or fitness environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills for managing membership accounts and reports.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
