Who We’re Looking For

• Board-certified or board-eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
• Open to a resident that is willing to be mentored by the best
• Passionate about patient care and building lasting relationships
• Strong surgical skills in dentoalveolar, implants, and pathology (full-scope experience is a plus!)
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-quality private practice environment

Compensation

$375K to 500K depending on experience - Minimum guarantee, Plus 35% of collections above threshold
