Shift Information - Monday–Friday, 6 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Minimum 3 years of job-related experienceKnowledge of preventative maintenance guidelines and OSHA machine regulationsExperience with machine operation and programming systemsPreferred Education and Experience - Bachelor’s degree or comparable work-related experience in a related discipline
Tier-1 automotive manufacturing experienceCross-cultural work experienceGeneral Requirements - Strong knowledge of Siemens Step 7 systems and Siemens TIA Portal software
Ability to program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and motor controlsSkilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsProficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP, and VAATZStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsSelf-motivated with ability to work independentlyAbility to lead others in LOTO procedures and safety practicesEssential Functions

Program, configure, and modify PLC systems and improve functionalityRead and interpret technical drawings and manualsDocument actions and communicate irregularities during pass-down meetingsImplement downtime-based countermeasuresSupport plant electricians and technicians with second-level troubleshootingCollaborate with suppliers and contractors to improve processes and equipmentAssist with capital projects as scheduled annuallyPrepare reports and presentations on improvements and corrective actionsLead proper application of LOTO proceduresSupport PM schedules during weekends or shutdownsEnsure timely completion of PM Work OrdersEvaluate and improve maintenance objectivesLeadership - Maintain clear and timely documentation of all activities
Foster strong relationships with team members and managementMonitor and support key performance indicators (e.g., downtime rate, MTBF, MTTR)Motivate and mentor team members for growth and developmentCoordinate with departments to ensure continuous production flowSupervise contractors performing maintenance or equipment modificationsWorking Conditions - Climate-controlled manufacturing environment in most areas
