Psychiatric Services Manager (Hybrid)

In this role, you’ll split your time between leadership and direct care :

Leading the Team

• Supervise and support a team of prescribers and RNs, including recruitment and retention
• Coordinate medication management services with payers and partners
• Conduct peer reviews twice a year (or as needed)
• Work closely with Executive and Clinical Directors to implement policies
• On-call duties up to 1 week each quarter

Providing Care

Conduct psychiatric evaluations, prescribe medications, and manage follow-ups with youth and adult clients

Meet with clients via telehealth, with at least two in-person visits annually

Respond to new referrals within 14 days (post-discharge or from referral date)

Collaborate with clients, families, and care teams to develop treatment plans

What we are looking for :

One of the following :

Active Washington ARNP license and Board certification for Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Psychiatrist with a Washington DO or MD license

Active DEA and NPI in Washington

At least 2 years of experience prescribing and monitoring psychiatric medications with populations of youth, adults, and / or older adults

Ability to pass background checks. Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and proof of car insurance
