Overview

As a Lead Frontend Engineer on Verkada's Growth team, you will own Verkada's core online presence and drive the development of new and innovative web experiences, keeping beautiful and modern design at the top of your mind. You will work closely with our design, marketing, and broader engineering teams to scale and optimize  verkada.com , experiment with highly visible UI to drive growth, and implement best practices to streamline the business.

As part of a small team, we are looking for someone who embodies a growth mindset and displays strong leadership skills. You should be experienced with owning projects end to end and driving strategic, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Together with your team, you will drive constant improvements to Verkada's website and microsites, ensuring flawless execution of beautiful and creative design.
• You will embody a Growth Hacker's mindset, partnering with the broader Growth team to create growth experiments that result in organic and viral growth.
• You will build and integrate with other platforms to A / B test and optimize performance.
• As a Tech Lead Manager, you will put operational processes in place to up level the team and promote collaboration, continuous learning, and engineering excellence.

At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate’s skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity . This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting base pay may be above or below this range. Base pay is also just one component of Verkada’s total rewards package. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and / or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

Estimated Hourly Pay Range

$130,000 - $275,000 USD

Annual Pay Range

Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
