As the Commercial Strategy and Analytics Manager at Datavant, you will play a crucial role within our Commercial Operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to support the transformation of the commercial org through customer segmentation, GTM models design, sales strategy and customer analytics. Your role requires a strong technical background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Objectives of the Role : Drive commercial strategy through : Commercial analytics to understand the growth landscape and areas of priority Building market and customer insights to refine our financial planning across new business and renewals Gaining buy-in from sales leaders on growth targets and strategy to meet numbers Help refine our GTM model and org by : Working cross-functionally to design GTM models for each segment Design, execute and manage optimized incentive plans that spur the right behaviors for GTM models Working alongside sales enablement team to ensure proper training / education of the sales team Improve our pricing strategy by : Work cross-functionally to leverage market and customer insights to identify the optimal pricing strategy across verticals Track price execution across sales teams to identify insights for refined pricing models You Will : Own sales analytics and sales strategy efforts Own commercial compensation design and execution across teams Analyze and generate insights from sales and financial data quickly and efficiently Leverage those insights to shape a sales strategy Influence and develop relationships cross functionally Drive projects forward effectively and efficiently (done is better than perfect) Develop trackers / methodologies to understand if strategy is on / off track Create action plans and gain alignment from sales leaders on tactical steps What You Bring To The Table : Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial strategy, management consulting, business intelligence or a related role Strong analytical skills with high comfort in data analysis and numbers Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and lead cross-functional teams effectively. Master's degree (preferred) or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
