ASAP START -   Rehab Center / Nursing Home -  Bedside / Skilled RN  BILL RATE :   $50 SHIFT : NIGHTS 7P-7A 8 WEEKS NO 48 HOUR BLOCK SCHEDULING - PLEASE REQUEST WHEN SUBBING FLOATING POSSIBLE TO LONG TERM CARE RTO BLACKOUT - Available to work Christmas Eve and Day and New Years Eve and Day REQUIREMENTS : BLS TENNESSEE LICENSE AT LEAST 1 YEAR LONG TERM CARE EXPERIENCE Short Term Rehab and Long Term care Residents  Rounds, medication administration Supervise CNAs Wound care possible  SKILLS - MEDICATION PASS AND PATIENT CARE NUMBER OF BEDS - 17  ON SKILLED AND 55 ON LONG TERM CARE PATIENT RATIO - 1 : 17  SCRUBS - ROYAL BLUE EMR - POINT CLICK CARE
