Job descriptionAssisting with personal care, meals, and daily activities. Monitoring physical health and emotional well-being of individuals served. Checking vital signs, collecting specimens, and assisting with basic medical procedures. Supporting clients through behavioral interventions and daily schedules. Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating with nursing and supervisory staff. Ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all residents. Participating in safety checks and team collaboration to uphold quality standards. High School Diploma or GED (required). Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) course or equivalent (required). Prior experience in a hospital, behavioral health, or recovery setting (preferred). Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Compassionate, dependable, and committed to supporting individuals in recovery. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility needs.
