Sales Manager
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the industrial and manufacturing sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Starting out, 80 / 20 account management and new business development. Identify market trends and opportunities to expand the company's customer base. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery. Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.

A successful Sales Manager should have : Proven track record in sales within the industrial or manufacturing industry. Experience selling custom parts, components, or solutions into food manufacturing - REQUIRED. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans. High level of self-motivation and goal orientation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
