Lead Superintendent
Manage daily on-site operations, ensuring construction activities align with project timelines and budgets. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals. Oversee site safety, ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies. Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents to guide site activities. Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently to minimize delays. Ensure the highest quality standards are met throughout all phases of the project. Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure collaboration.

A successful Lead Superintendent should have : proven experience in leading construction projects within the business services industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders. Ability to interpret and work from blueprints, project plans, and specifications. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
