Experience :

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience within the past 12 months.
• Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements :

50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details :

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills / Experience Minimum Experience : 1 year minimal acute care experience preferably withing critical care.

Preferred Skills / Experience : Preference to have Critical Care experience within the past 3 years.

Unit / Facility Details : Unit Information : Float pool requirement from Critical Care, Cardiac ICU and IMC units.

Shift & Scheduling : Weekend / Holiday Requirements : 2 out of 4 weekends, Every other holiday

Floating Requirements : Will float between critical care units - possible float to lower acuity units based on census and need

9 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 3 years (Charge / Lead reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 12 months (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
