HR Service Specialist II
The HR Service Specialist II at VCU Health System provides exceptional customer service and support to team members. This role requires a working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines and an in-depth understanding of the employee life cycle. The HR Specialist II is focused on facilitating precise and timely processing of HR cases received which include a broad spectrum of personnel functions, including managing employee data updates, administering benefits, adjusting compensation, handling organizational changes, and overseeing other essential HR tasks. The role is responsible for resolving policy-related inquiries, ensure procedural adherence, and direct complex issues to the appropriate channels. The HR Specialist II also may provide support backup for HR Service Specialists during periods of high call demand or staffing requirements.

Required Education :
