Job Summary : Working out of our Lemoore CA facility, you will be responsible for the development of new and existing customers. Job duties to include but are not limited to the following :

• Work closely with planner / scheduler & Fabrication Supervisors along with the sales team to ensure all parts & prints are ready for Installation.
• Meet with customers to develop solutions to their current and potential problems.
• Train our workforce in specialty installation requirements.
• Assist in hiring of local workforce.
• Ensure all employees are being trained to their highest standards.
• Ensure safety standards are met, and regular safety training is administered.
• Manage QC standards and implement improvements where needed.
• Walking projects with new and existing customers.

Qualifications and Experience :

Location : LeMoore, CA

Travel : Up to 50%

Compensation & Benefits : The expected base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
