Java Solution Architect

A Java Solution Architect is a senior technical role responsible for designing, overseeing, and ensuring the successful implementation of scalable, high-performance Java-based applications and systems.

This role bridges the gap between business requirements and technical execution, providing leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Design Strategy
• Design and develop end-to-end architectural solutions for complex Java-based applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Define architectural principles, patterns, and standards to guide development teams.
• Evaluate and select appropriate Java technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Assess technical feasibility and identify implementation risks.
• Technical Leadership Guidance
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation. Collaboration Communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, business analysts, and other architects, to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Act as a technical liaison between business and engineering teams. Project Management Oversight
• Participate in project planning, estimations, and execution.
• Manage architectural risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure solutions are delivered according to specifications, timeframes, and budget.
