Job descriptionOutpatient only Staff consists of 3 Physicians and 5 APPs Onsite lab and radiology services EMR : EPIC M-F schedule 7 am to 4 : 30 pm (can work 5 8-hour shifts or 4 10-hour shifts) Call 1 : 6 No weekend requirement Base Salary 2-year base salary guarantee + wRVU production incentive Salary range $250,000 to $280,000 CME Allowance Medical debt assistance + consultative services by Navigate Student Loans Relocation allowance Recruitment Loan Paid malpractice coverage Health benefits + Retirement plan + optimal 457b plan Marketing + practice growth assistance J-1 waiver support via State Conrad 30, ARC, DRA, and HHS based on location and specialty O-1 MD / DO from an Accredited School of Medicine Board Certified / Board Eligible Open to J1 Visas Combined service area population of 425,681 378 Licensed Beds 35,000 ER visits annually Over 4,000 OP Surgeries Over 2,000 IP Surgeries 400 privileged providers 1,500 employees
