Job Description

• Design Tailored Treatment Approaches : Assess patients' needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply evidence-based interventions to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living tasks.
• Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams : Collaborate with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Guide Patients and Caregivers : Educate patients and their families on therapeutic methods to facilitate sustained progress at home.
• Track and Record Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed, ensuring patients remain on track.
