Instructional Designer

This position will be on-site to ensure close collaboration with users and internal teams. The selected individual will be responsible for developing comprehensive training materials, including SOPs, presentations, and user guides, based on the organization's current system and processes. They will work closely with end users and subject matter experts to understand workflows and gather content before creating and delivering training programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite, and presentation tools such as PowerPoint, along with proven skills in creating SOPs and building long-term training programs. Approximately 40% of the time will be spent developing training content and SOPs, while the remaining 60% will focus on delivering presentations and conducting user training sessions.

Summary :

This contractor will support the district-wide timekeeping system rollout by creating and delivering training for all school and department timekeepers. The role will develop training materials, provide hands-on support during the first six months post-go-live, and establish a standardized training process for future timekeepers.
