Job description
A company is looking for a Bookkeeper - Hourly, Consultant - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely payment of all accounts payable and enter bills and invoices into Bill.com
Manage QuickBooks bank feed coding and reconcile monthly gift records with Development
Process volunteer stipends and payroll journal entries in QuickBooks
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in non-profit finance
Experience with QuickBooks and Bill.com
Ability to work 15 hours per week remotely
Commitment to organizational mission and appreciation for older adults
Positive attitude and strong organizational skills
