Job Description

Ballers is seeking a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook,

you’ll be responsible for preparing food to order, maintaining food safety and cleanliness

standards, and contributing to a smooth kitchen operation. The ideal candidate has experience in

a fast-paced kitchen and a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality meals.

Your day-to-day will include :

  • Preparing and cooking menu items to spec and on time
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of your station
  • Following all food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Assisting with prep work and kitchen opening / closing duties
  • Communicating with teammates to ensure smooth service
  • Managing inventory and minimizing food waste
  • Supporting catering and special event food service as needed

    • Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ year of kitchen or line cook experience preferred
  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety practices
  • Serve Safe certification or ability to obtain
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
