What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial institution environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and company protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance issues discovered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.

Assist visitors and employees by providing directions and responding to routine inquiries related to the location and its procedures.

Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying identification as required by site policies.

Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation accurately and in a timely manner for review by Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
