A company is looking for a Help Desk Specialist (remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hardware and software telephone support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware / software error messages and user inquiries
Log all cases into the workflow system for future resolution or follow-up
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in computer science, MIS, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
Knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Familiarity with logging and tracking support cases
Ability to provide support to both field and corporate personnel
