A company is looking for a Business Process Analyst - Home Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain training content and video trainings in collaboration with the Division Training Manager

Assist in research and development of announcements with the Product and Project Manager

Evaluate and recommend improvements for home finance processes, systems, and training materials

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma or GED required

Ellie Mae Encompass experience required

5+ years of experience in the mortgage banking industry or related area required

3+ years of training content development and program delivery experience required
