Job descriptionMinor dusting of items Packing using cardboard / paper / bubble wrap and tape, weighing, typing box size and weight into shipping screen Printing labels, and printing a scan sheet Training will be provided on how to package items, and how to put information in the computer Skills Using a packaging tape dispenser. Minor computer literacy (be able to use a mouse / keyboard and to click buttons).
RESTORE E-COMMERCE VOLUNTEER POSITION DESCRIPTION
POSITION SUMMARY : The ReStore is a nonprofit thrift and home improvement store that sells new and gently used donated furniture, home goods, tools & hardware, appliances and more to support our affordable housing mission in New Castle County. Volunteers are a vital part of the ReStore operations and have a significant impact on the ReStore’s ability to provide much needed funding for the mission.
POSITION DETAILS : We are searching for a volunteer to assist our e-commerce team with increased orders leading up to the holiday season. This volunteer will assist our E-Commerce Manager in fulfilling orders from our online sales platforms.
- Tasks :
Using the ecommerce I-Phone to pick orders from the shelves
Working with hands, read / write small print.
COMMITTMENT : 10AM-11AM Monday and / or Friday, through December
LOCATION : Prices Corner ReStore; 3312 Seminole Ave Wilmington DE 19808
