What You'll do

We are seeking a meticulous, detail-oriented Subscription Billing Analyst to join our team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendor invoices for 3rd party or subscription services, ensuring accurate data entry, and generating customer bills for monthly recurring services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze invoices received from vendors and enter relevant data into the CompuNet systems.
  • Generate customer invoices for monthly recurring services or subscriptions based on invoices received from the vendor.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve vendor invoice discrepancies to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
  • Manage recurring subscription agreements and ensure accurate billing cycles.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to create orders for billing purposes and handle invoices received without orders.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in data between internal systems and vendor data.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure subscriptions are running smoothly and invoices are received on time.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate recording of costs and timely management of customer billing.
  • Maintain proactive communication with vendors and internal teams to address any issues or concerns.
  • Assist the team with refining current processes to improve efficiencies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who you are

We're looking for a candidate that takes pride in doing a good job, is highly detail oriented, flexible and open to growth. A successful candidate will have strong communication skills along with the following knowledge, skills and abilities :

  • 1 to 2 years of previous experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable.
  • Proficient in using general computer applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively address issues.
  • Familiarity with Oracle or similar accounting software, or experience using ConnectWise or other business automation solutions.
