• What You’ll Do

As an IT Engineer, you’ll be the primary technical resource for our clients—delivering hands-on support, strategic guidance, and expert troubleshooting across Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, and other platforms. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively to keep systems secure, efficient, and optimized.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install and maintain servers, workstations, mobile devices, and network equipment.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, backups, and security protocols.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities.
• Document work thoroughly in ticketing systems and communicate clearly with clients.
• Participate in on-call rotations and remote help desk support.
• Travel locally (transportation provided) and occasionally overnight.
• What You Bring
• Required Qualifications :
• 3+ years of experience supporting mission-critical IT environments.
• Proven ability to work across Microsoft, VMware, and Cisco technologies.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common IT tools.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and system security.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform site visits.
• Preferred Qualifications :
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or equivalent.
• Certifications in Apple, Fortinet, Datto, Cisco, A+, Network+, Security+.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with IT Glue or similar documentation platforms.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and SLA-driven environments.
• Ability to interpret technical diagrams, flowcharts, and statistical data.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
