The Details :
In-Office Requirements : This role requires up to 10% presence at our Downtown Seattle headquarters. Standard business hours Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 a.m.–5 : 00 p.m. Remote Work Eligibility : For employees residing outside of the Seattle metropolitan area, remote work may be considered in the following states : AZ, CA, CO, ID, FL, OR, TN, VA. Final approval is determined through a management review process.

About the Position
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position requires high-level strategic thinking and financial skills. In conjunction with the CEO, and in consultation with the Senior Leadership Team and Trustees, this position leads and manages finance, accounting and investment initiatives in all SEIU 775 Benefits Group verticals. This position plans and executes projects and management systems and processes including planning, research, evaluation, data gathering, data analyzing and managing personnel and project teams to ensure development of financial programming. This position manages and leads staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) or certifications including Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Salary Range
$159,694.45 to $217,647.14
