The Hotel Turn Tech will play a vital role in preparing guest rooms and common areas for new arrivals by performing necessary repairs, maintenance, and cleaning tasks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms and common areas to identify any necessary repairs or maintenance issues.
- Perform repairs including painting, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance servicing as needed.
- Ensure that all rooms are cleaned and stocked with the necessary supplies for new guests.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping staff to prioritize and complete necessary turnover tasks efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and communicate effectively with management regarding issues that require further attention.
- Follow safety and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Requirements
- Prior experience in hotel maintenance or apartment turnover preferred.
- Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects when necessary.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
