Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute community management strategies that foster engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Lead social media strategy, including trend spotting and cultural insights to keep the brand relevant.
  • Write and edit compelling social copy, ensuring tone and messaging align with the brand voice.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and brand teams to align content with broader initiatives.
  • Organize and manage day-to-day account workflows, meeting deadlines and keeping stakeholders informed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in community management and social strategy for digital-first, culture-driven brands.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, community behaviors, and customer mindsets.
  • Strong copywriting skills for social content and presentations.
  • Experience with social listening tools and familiarity with Sprinklr, Asana, and Brandwatch.
  • Hands-on content creation experience.
  • Experience managing community groups across various platforms.
  • Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
