• $15,000 sign-on bonus for applicants who have zero seniority at CMH and who meet all other conditions for payment

The CMH Urology Manager provides leadership, supervises, and coordinates activities of the hospital-owned Urology clinic. This position plans for and develops clinical programming in clinics, assuring optimal quality care and continuity for patients and families. Responsible for overseeing day-to-day business and / or clinical operations. Responsible for administrative oversight and supervision of all clinical and administrative staff to enhance the quality of care to clinics’ customers. Plans for and oversees annual budgets.

License / Certification

N / A if the manager is not working in a clinical capacity.

If the manager is working in a clinical capacity the following is required :

Manager must provide proof of clinical training appropriate to the responsibilities of the duties they are filling and must maintain accordingly.

If a registered nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) : must have a current unencumbered Oregon and Washington State RN or LPN license.

Current BLS through the American Heart Association

Education and / or Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience / education preferred. Previous clinic office management experience is required. Urology experience preferred.

Physical Demands and Work Environment Conditions / ADA Compliance

Works inside. Walking and standing much of the time while on duty. Long shifts are necessary at times. Subject to occasional physical and emotional stress within a fast-paced environment. Tolerates bending, sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling for 8 – 12 hours (shift dependent).
