Labeling Machine Operator - Mayville, WI

ABR Employment is seeking a skilled Labeling Machine Operator to join a well-established manufacturing company in Mayville, WI . This position is perfect for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and hands-on machine operation experience in a production environment.

Schedule : Monday–Thursday, 5 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

Pay : $18.00 / hour

Responsibilities :

• Read and interpret work orders to verify setup specifications and ensure quality standards are met
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain label attaching equipment
• Inspect and pack products before sending them to shipping or the next department
• Ensure color-coded folders and labels are in proper sequence
• Produce "re-make" labels using the computer system
• Repair defective products as needed
• Perform routine and scheduled maintenance on machines
• Load and unload materials and finished products onto the equipment
• Print and apply packaging ID labels accurately
• Meet or exceed daily production and quality targets
• Assist in training new operators as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
