    • based in Denver, CO
    • , focused on designing and managing the full spectrum of business technology for small-to-medium-sized clients. The role centers mostly on Microsoft-based infrastructure (some Mac / Google), with additional responsibilities across cloud, storage, virtualization, and ancillary platforms such as phone systems and security tools.
    • Your primary focus will be onsite consulting—serving as a trusted advisor to clients, owning their environments, guiding decisions, and executing projects across infrastructure, cloud, and automation. Secondary responsibilities include light software development and occasional support for AI and database-related initiatives.

    • for this role, as it involves direct, in-person client interaction, technical documentation, and collaboration with internal team.

    • Responsibilities
    • Project management
    • – be well-organized, craft timelines and deliverables and communicate clearly to clients. Possess the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once through our project management system.
    • Be consultative
    • – identify areas to improve our clients' systems and infrastructure (upgrades to hardware, software, and network). Pitch solutions to clients from proposal to implementation phases.
    • Design, implement, and manage infrastructure, cloud, and automation solutions.
    • Support servers, networks, desktops, and cloud platforms (on-site and remote).
    • Serve as the primary IT, DevOps, DBA, and / or Software Development resource for assigned clients.
    • Develop and maintain SQL interfaces, views, and API integrations.
    • Lead cloud migrations, disaster recovery planning, and infrastructure refreshes.
    • Mentor other engineers and assist with onboarding.
    • Manage multiple client engagements and project timelines.
    • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Qualifications
    • 3+ years of consulting experience, balancing multiple clients, preferably in the SMB space.
    • 5+ years with Microsoft technologies : Office365, Exchange, Azure, Entra, Intune.
    • 5+ years with virtualization (VMWare preferred).
    • 5+ years with network design / support : switches, firewalls, routers, wireless.
    • Experience with API integrations (OAuth, REST, JSON, XML, SOAP).
    • Familiarity with security tools : EDR, MDR, IPS / IDS.
    • Experience with cloud platforms : Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.
    • 2+ years with SQL Server, Azure SQL, and / or ERP SQL development.
    • Nice-to-Haves :
    • Scripting (PowerShell, Python). SQL Server, Azure SQL, and / or ERP SQL development.
    • Exposure to AI / ML concepts and tools (e.g., Copilot, Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, or OpenAI APIs) is a plus, though not required,
    • CCNA / CCNP
    • AZ-104 certification
    • AWS Developer certification
    • MCSE
    • CompTIA Sec+ / Net+ / A+
    • Experience working with or supporting microservices-based architectures
    • Platforms : MacOS, Google Workspace, ConnectWise, RMM tools, JAMF.
    • Soft Skills & Consulting Experience :
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Adaptability to new technologies and changing client needs.
    • Ability to work independently within structured systems.
    • Willingness to support occasional after-hours / weekend work.
    • Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
