A company is looking for a Service Delivery Fulfillment Specialist I. Key Responsibilities Familiarizes with Fulfillment Support concepts and performs basic implementation duties Installs, maintains, troubleshoots equipment and systems, and handles client inquiries Documents and reports on status and progress while liaising with internal teams Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Knowledge of port processes, telephony, CLEC, and I-LEC procedures Demonstrates high levels of accuracy in processing information Develops checklists to ensure error-free information dissemination Understands the impact and cost of errors and omissions
