We're seeking skilled and safety-conscious Heavy Equipment Operators to join our growing team. If you have experience operating machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, or backhoesand take pride in precision and efficiencywe want to hear from you! Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner, performing routine maintenance checks and reporting issues, following site plans and supervisor instructions, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements include proven experience operating heavy equipment (minimum 2 years preferred), a valid equipment operator certification / license, the ability to work in varying weather conditions, strong attention to detail and safety, and a willingness to work assigned shift (1st or 2nd).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alabaster, AL. The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
